f*** off she has her own sign in and computer.:lolol:

I will support the team and hope that Wilkins proves me wrong, but knowing what I do about his motivational techniques whilst with the youth squad I had my doubts from day one.

I will be there shouting for my team in the south stand tomorrow and hope we collect another desperately needed three points

He obviously did something correct motivationally as his youth team was very succesful.

At the end of the day McGhee was not able to particualy motivate them this year.

What a fantastic read.

I thought there was something going on as the previous Sponsors Meal at the Racecourse. Many of us were there and I am sure that I will be corrected.

MM, gave an impromptu speech. That was obvious to my eyes for one.

It was what went on during and directly after that speech. DK was as ever very professional, as a chairman should be. That said many of the players were to be polite, indifferent to say the least. The next thing was that MM was chatting and laughing with Andy Naylor.

That to my eyes was when MM had lost the dressing room, and that was some time ago.

Great result at Blackburn DW lays into the boys in the dressing room saying that they played terrible next game at Newcastle they lose due to lack of confidence DW admitted later that he was out of order so your point is?

Yeah he admitted he was out of order & appologised to the lads, I'm not sure we lost to Newcastle because of lack of confidence though! I thought it was lack of penalties scored in the shoot out? DW has a great record of motivating youth players to good results and I think his record speaks for itself.

.....Adams, McGhee, Coppell, all managers, including one Sir Alex shout scream etc at their players. It's a mans game as has been quoted a few times.

What when they've just won a game?

As one of MM's stoutest fans, I have heard things recently that have changed my opinion on him, sadly

As a McGhee outer I would've hoped that the whole McGhee debate could've been put to bed by now, And maybe we could just remember him for the good times he gave us and not turn this whole thing into a mud slinging competition. He left becase it was time for him to leave like managers have in the past, It's Wilkins turn now so we should be behind him & the team to see where they can take us.
