If it takes two men to paint a 150ft wall 4 hours using 12 litres of emulsion, why is it that the cheeky girls look better now and you would really?

I refer the Hon. Gentlemen to the reply given by my Hon. friend Uncle Buck.

Yes they are fighting against democracy and freedom of speech, I am left wing and I cannot stand the Taliban and everything they stand for. In fact I agreed with going into Afghanistan as this is where the terrorists camps were/are.
The thing that winds me up now is that after 2001 when all the intial gains were made if Afghanistan, the west has not really bothered with the country, that was evident from the documentary. The job that the British Army has got to do over there is virtually impossible. That is down to the politicians in the west, mainly Bush and Blair.

As much as those people are a f***ing disgrace, and I do hope they either die or f*** off, it is wrong to insinuate all/most muslims are like that.

Maybe it cant be said that all muslims are like that but there's still a hell of a lot that regularly go to mosques to hear that kind of preaching. If they did'nt believe in it they would'nt go.

Thankyou for your reply....................I am genuinely interested in your reply.......and would be interested in Southover Street Seagull,s reply too....except that in each of his three replies regarding the programme, he digressed on to White fundamentalists or the Taliban.

Invading Afganistan was right in my books to destroy the terrorists camps and Al Qaeda. Also the heroin trade which is rife over there which ends up on our streets

Ok, question for you. Do you think the homophbia and mysogyny shown in the programme might also be exhibited by some Christians/Jews/Hindus and if so how many of the Christian/Jewish/Hindu community would you condemn because of it?

Yeah, flipping extremists, kick them all out I say. All they do is incite hatred. If they don't like it here, send 'em packing. We certainly won't miss 'em, what with their inability to put spaces after full stops 'n all that. Outrageous non-conformists, who needs 'em anyway?

Honestly, though, I've had a good old chuckle at this thread. How many bloodvessels have you burst, algie? I have a picture in my mind of you stomping round and round your sitting room, Sun raised high, looking and sounding more and more like your role model, Alf Garnett. Calm down, old chap, before you do yourself a mischief.

I totally agree with you. But aren't you a little concerned that a left wing person agrees with what you are saying.
The trouble is that the west went over there and got rid of soem of the camps, but we didn't do the job properly and so now the Taliban are back.
As I said in previous posts the West's foreign policy stinks. The US are only interested in oil and Blair is only interested in what Bush tells him what he is interested in.
