I really don't care, if they keep him, good for them, if they don't he'll no doubt get a massive pay-off

What annoys me is the Man Utd fans on 606 bitching about 'the apocalypse' that was the 3-0 defeat to Liverpool. They wanna try a slice of what we've had over the last 20 odd years, then they know what supporting a football team is really all about.

Are you sure about that? I thought it was Celtic, but you go ahead and re write history for what I assume is your second team :lolol:

You must be joking. Only one team for me. It shows how much I know about them doesn't it. I just remember they won it in 68 but don't know when Celtic did.

If you have half an hour to kill, you should read todays game thread on the utd fans forum. They are blaming everyone except DeGea for their defeat, even Gary Neville gets a kicking, very funny

I don't remember them being a laughing stock in the 70s having been the first British team to win the European cup.

I know football fans love to laugh at the armchair plastics but what have Brighton achieved? Isn't 13th in the 1st division our highest ever finish? I like the fact that the Premier League is more open now, but laughing at other's 'misfortunes' seems a bit pathetic to me.
Celtic are the first British club to win the European cup.

I hope he stays for years :lolol:

Me too, give him a contract for 40 years. The great thing is that their fans continue to sing and winge in equal measures, not having seen this level of ineptitude for over 30 years. They are truly rubbish, apart from the goalie today there was not a single half decent performance. What is Rooney thinking of signing away his final years to that lot? Manure say that they have hundreds of millions to spend but how many top class payers can they buy for 150m? 6? maybe only 4!

Liverpool were very good today and most certainly are in the mix for the league. Manure will be lucky to get 6th and surely couldn't get past any of the Spanish teams if they drew them in the Champions league QFs? Assuming they can get past Galatasary.

Really enjoying seeing them flounder. Ironic that he could prove to be Fergie's 'worst' signing ever. Nothing against him personally, but he has been bloody hopeless. Doesn't know his best 11 or formation. He should be honest with himself and fall on his sword. I'll be amazed if the Glaziers aren't already looking at another manager with a bit more pedigree.

Top players want Champion's League football though

Are you saying that the likes of Van Persie, Rooney, Mata Smalling, etc have suddenly become bad players. He will bring in a decent centre back to play alongside of Jones plus at least one full back and midfirlder and all will be well again.

I heard on the radio today that today's first goal was from the first penalty that United have conceded at Old Trafford for 85 Premiership games...... and then today 3 came along ! Can there actually be any more nails in the coffin this season ?

No I am saying United will struggle to get players that Champions League teams want.

Well for a start they won the European Cup in 1968. By the mid seventies they were relegated to Div 2 and even though they came straight back up they spent the next few years
trying to recapture the glory years by waving their cheque book around and failing dismally while Liverpool cleaned up. Even by the time they came to the Goldstone in 1979
they were an underperforming expensively assembled bunch of misfits who hadn't managed to win the league for over a decade.

I have to say, on paper this Man U line up is better than Evertons but they're really terrible.

Not sure I'd be trusting Moyes with £200 mill in the Summer.
