I still think that 4/5 players in our current squad need to be shipped out - its simply not good enough to do anything in the championship apart from another relegation scrap - I would loan out or sell JFC, COG, Colunga, Crofts as a starter and look to bring in at least 6/7 new quality players

This is encouraging, as it seems like a good time for a complete overhaul.
If CH is actually recruiting across all positions then I suspect players like Bruno, Greer, Holla, and perhaps even KLL will potentially be moving on. If we can raise the bar across all areas of the team then we could be in for a great season.

According to a very reliable source the O'Grady family are happy and settled down here and Chris is looking to fight for his place in the team. It would be great to see him start scoring to add to his hold up play then we would have an excellent forward on our books. If not then I could see him loaned out at Xmas.
Other than that we really need a pacy, skilful attacking wide player to complement March and Lua Lua and we will begin to look like a decent team on paper

Nope. Kayal & Stephens are looking class, would not swap those two for any other Championship CM partnerships. Crofts was on course to be player of the season under Oscar before injury, Ince has bags of potential as does JFC (in the right conditions) & Holla is brilliant at set-pieces and will only be needed in the event of injuries and suspensions. Other than centre back, our strongest area.
