Oh south london,(Oh south london) Is wonderful (Is wonderful).
Oh south london, is wonderful.
It's full of tits, fanny and palace!!!

I drove past the annex ground the other day, looks good, shame it'll be half full in a few months time.

You could always see Crawley FC want to ground share with you, would probably double your numbers!

Listen mate I had the extreme mis fortune to work in Croydon earlier this year .Top of George Street opposite East Croydon station it was a horrid. What a depressing, dirty, smelly totally uninspiring place it really is. Full of desperate non ambitious, non aspirational , utter plebs. Who have no direction or purpose in life other than to do their boring 7 hours a day (those that do work) and then go home to watch TV or go on Face book etc and nothing else.

Honestly Croydon made feel that I was depressed. The company I worked for offered me another six months with a pay increase. No thanks not here. Not another desperate lunch time in the wildly overrated Porter & Sorter the apparent Mecca of Croydon society.

My goodness I used to kiss the platform every time I arrived back at Preston Park in wonderful wonderful Brighton and Hove.

Thanks Greens :(
I picked up a nice Palace scarf in a charity shop the other day for 50p. It is now in the back of my car and will come in handy for wiping my dipstick when I check my oil

Is that a euphemism?

The difference between North London and South London. North London, more refined with lovely old buildings displaying blue plaques with white writing denoting which great historical character lived there.
South London, Tatty old buildings displaying plaques in yellow with black writing stating “Did you witness this murder”

On the whole Croydon is a bit of a dump but there are some nice residential areas and good pubs, I’ve lived here for 10 years and love the place but then again I’m no snob and enjoy living somewhere with a bit of character, even if does mean putting up with the pond life.

All over the place
I actually dreamt last night that they beat us 4-1 at our place. Barnes put us 1-0 up and they scored 4 in the 2nd half. We all know dreams DON'T come true so I am looking forward to spanking them on 27/09.:rave::rave:

south london may well be "full of tits and fanny", but that "tits and fanny" is literally the bottom of the barrel in the "tits and fanny" league

brighton, on the other hand, despite all the BUMDERS, has a quite frankly SUPERB amount of top quality "tits and fanny" for such a small place

The seaside.

I reckon it'll be less than half full for the first game there. Appalling.

Meanwhile, Palace are so well supported their average gates are only a few hundred less than third division Charlton.

*thumbs up*

Palace = no mark club. Even Barnet could probably sell more season tickets. The joke is they poke fun at Charlton - a bigger club than they could ever dream of being.

Brighton and Hove Albion = 18000 season ticket holders and a few pay on the day. Crystal Palace = 10000 muppets and a few who have been banned from every other ground.

Brighton = rolling countryside, great architecture, best night life outside the West end, and one seriously beautiful stadium.

Croydon = shithole nuff said.

Seeing as the first game is the cup between eastbourne and our reserves with only 10,000 tickets up for grabs. You are right in your assumption well done.
