Yeh they are fully up now. I've been to the uni ones a couple of times and we didn't pay - the ones where albion train but apparently they aren't in very good condition (not the ones near the health and racket club which are locked shut.)

Rottingdean Cricket Club, has nets that i use all the time (free) just you have to park somewhere else if the gates arn't open, but you are still allowed to play.
