But I swear a lot of people just catch glimpses, or are on the opposite side of a street or see them walk into a fancy buildings. The point I was trying to make was that sometimes people aren't in a position to take the pictures

Well it seems, that people are not EVER in a position to take pictures...
And if the poster on here had claimed that 'a black guy, who looked a bit like KLL, was seen in Brighton' then that would be fair enough to not start snapping random blokes. The claim was that it WAS him, though, which is different.
