Faldo you are not a geek, I think anyone working around aviation aspires to be involved with Concorde, when I worked at Heathrow there was always a bit of down time at 11-00 to see the old girl take to the skies, It was amazing how BA management would tolerate that 10 minutes or so sciving, but contrived in every other way to make you work longer hours for less money !!
Ive worked in aviation since university and was very lucky to fly to New York a few times a bit like yourself on BA staff travel, never did the return journey, but its still is the highlight of my life and will probably remain so.
Farewell concorde, you have given me hours of sciving off time down the years, and inspired me in my own fledgeling flying career !
