Probably cheaper by train

train for 4 people from Bristol to Birmingham new street = £120

much cheaper to hire a mini bus if there is enough people.

currently 6 people showing interest (me and 2 others are travelling with BristolSeagull2k)

which would more than likely be cheaper than the cost for 6 to travel by train.

If you were willing to get the 8:00 train (a bit early perhaps but have breakfast in brum) and then the 18:42 home and book direct with crosscountry trains then it would be £22 return each

22 x 4 = £88. far cheaper to drive it.

But can you hire a minibus, fuel it up and park it for less ?

no but i can drive a car with 3 others.

the mini bus idea was obviously if more people came. as there is obviously not much interest im sure it won't happen.

it was a good idea though - a way to save some money, meet other fans and have some good Albion related banter on the way up to the game.
