Well, I'd hope I hadn't upset him, but I have on occasion given the club some frank feedback; much positive, but some rather less so.

I received eight invites to the survey, including to some email addresses @northstandchat.com that i don't recall ever setting up (nikekit @ northstandchat.com ?!?) and one for my 5-year-old son who rarely attends.
My daughter who is a season ticket holder didn't receive one though.

The bit that really got my back up were the final couple of questions where they asked you if you would be interested in finding out more about American Express products. Its supposed to be a fan survey not a marketing push!

Perhaps, strangely, I would like to know more about Amex products, without being that bothered enough to spend time trawling the internet on my own research. I'll be ticking yes to this option, if I can get this survey email.

One thing I forgot to mention was about the website, there is a "ticket news" section and a "news" section - a lot of the time ticket news ends up in the general news section so is harder to find.
For an anonymous survey it sure seemed to want a lot of your personal details.
