I don't understand it. Fine, Elphik is inexperienced, way out of his depth etc but he made two stupid challenges deservedly got sent off and half the albion following stood and applauded. WHY!!!

Some fat twat in front of me started ranting and raving at me when I commented on it as well. Crazy.

Just been reading some of the news reports which say the second yellow was dubious for a challenge on Kitson (minutes later Kitson dived in the box for a pen as he was nudged by OGH) so the clapping may have been acknowledgement of him being unlucky.

If I think the incident has been a shit decision, then i clap (no idea why), for example, Virgo against Sunderland..
