Whilst I have absolutely no idea if true but one comment on the many side stories associated to this news is that MT is also an employee of the City Council

Yes, I saw that as well. I've no idea if he is or not or whether it is relevant to the investigation. I do find it a little hard to believe to be honest.

Gosh that reads as though the working environment is very toxic ones at the foot of the Argus article by its readers.

The report has recommended a number of changes to the culture of employees, employer and Union official.

The council now need some time to put these recommendations into effect and then to review the results
