Just printed off my email to take it with me tomorrow and it says under the fulfilment column "Smartcard activition".

I wonder if this is the problem in that the computer did not print out these tickets so the ticket office haven't until now realised there is a problem.

Oh! My Chelsea ticket is on my 1901 smartcard, hopefully the club will clarify this by the Chelsea game.

Which they have done by Insiders reply to my question.

Travel included for Chelsea, but not for Reading as I correctly thought.

Just spoke to ticket office re Chelsea tickets - the last batches are being sent out today so if not received in the next day or so, you will need to sort a duplicate in person.

And the park and ride will be running on Saturday so assume post above was re the Reading game?
