Barcelona are just trying new tricks - they're being investigated for leasing 475 VIP stadium seats for 30 years to Middle East investors for €100m, which has aroused suspicion. I assume Chelsea are taking notes.

This reminds me of the Republicans in US Senate not voting on Supreme Court nomination, Merrick Garland. They stole a SC seat from the Democrats in Obama's term.

Chelsea are stealing the ability to stay up in the PL away from clubs that are vying for a coveted spot, that has an extreme possibility of great earnings, by cheating the system that was put in place to make it fair for all sides to compete for a PL spot.
