Just 6 weeks till my only Christmas tradition.

Go to Pallents deli in Arundel, and spend large wodges of cash on cheese, port and chutneys.
The scoff the lot in a matter of 3 days.

Fan-blooming-tastic, top work, our lord and saviour.

I think someone posted this picture of the fine cheese-related artwork around the time I first became aware of NSC. Fond memories ...

Or should I say FONDUE memories?

here's me guesses:

Jarlsberg NORWAY
Paneer INDIA
Chimay BELGUIM?
Limburger (2 countries) GERMANY/AUSTRIA
Gorganzola BELGIUM
Gruyère SWITZERLAND
Dunsyre Blue SCOTLAND
Corleggy ISLE OF MAN?
Trappista BELGIUM
Bokmakiri SWEDEN?

fcukme, i love cheese. all manner of cheese - from your entertainingly strong cheddar to your cheap, plasticy smoked austrian efforts. best recent cheese - a wonderfully creamy stilton called 'stickleton' from the cheese shop in lewes. search it out and get on it, its truly amazing!
australian COON is a dull cheddar but nevertheless also worth hunting out. . .

Don't think you can beat a really good strong farmhouse cheddar, the sort that makes your eyes water...had pie d'angloys with salami in my lunchtime sandwich today, a particularly nice cheese that complemented the sliced sausage perfectly.

Pretty sure that is exactly what I meant, not sure if either of us got the spelling right to be honest, but it is one tasty cheese...makes a change from the usual suspects of Brie and Camembert if you want something French and creamy.
