You are right he alone does not miss 3 clear cut chances a game, it is a joint failure of Barnes & CMS. If you can't see that in some weird desire to be a modern day sheepp of a football fan then that's up to you. The goldstone would have crucified these jokers by now. If they turn it around then fair play to them but for now they deserve all the stick they are not properly getting. Oh for a Goldstone crowd to tell Poyet exactly the fact of life

I think in the last few matches Mackail-Smith has demonstrated that he is better than Hoskins. Macca can score the difficult goals but misses the easy ones.
Albion supporters may well prefer Dobbie to Barnes and there is certainly a case for this. Without Barnes we do have any aerial threat at all upfront. Barnes is better at defending as well. Dobbie, eventually, will get a shot from the edge of the box on target.
There are no defenders on the bench.

Its lucky there were enough proper fans at the Goldstone who were ready o stand up and call things how they were at Goldstone under the Archer era. The unquestioning sheep of a modern day football fan would not have cut the mustard. Barnes & CMS miss chance after chance. They deserve stick and so they will get stick.

If ou think Barnes & CMS goal scoring chance to conversion rate can be compared to a Man U midfielder then that is up to you. But you know, as does every other open minded, non sheep, in the 26,000 we get down the Amex that they have missed sitter after sitter and our midfield just cant do any more for them. They deserve some stick and if there is anything about them, they will understand that as well.
