did anyone actually read the ticket announcement on the official website and copied on here? It really was not that difficult and clearly gave instructions on how to buy tickets online

I was going to buy the Spurs tickets for me and my lad (who is U16), but like many others it seems, his ticket was down at the full adult price for some reason, so I've left it for now in the hope that they sort out that glitch by the next time I try. I really REALLY don't want to get on the phone if I can help it.

I'm getting the same problem, as it's really quite a bizarre error, as they have him down as a £5 child ticket for the Eastbourne game, so they DO have him as a child rate, but not for the Spurs game for some reason.

Is there somewhere online we can flag up these errors?

With most of these type of errors I suggest you email the ticket office. They normally deal with these things quite quickly.
