The last thing we need inundating NSC is a wanker spamming and talking shite all over the show, only drowned out by everyone else telling them what pratts they are and 'engaging' freaks. If you want to engage freaks then ok, find a site where they proliferate unfettered by moderation.
NSC is a football chat-site, already has a fair amount of o/t threads (fair enough), and we don't need to go sifting through endless bullshit to find football .....then find that is contaminated by some idiot bigging himself up or starting controversy .

Remember people complaining of threads getting 'dwayned' ?
That tells you enough - so now dwayne has been 'moderated' .

As for the "he's a completely different person off of NSC" argument, I refuse to buy that anymore. However he acts, that is him, the person. I'm sure that he could act a tosser in the flesh just as easily as he does on here and vice versa. People talk about 'real life' but it's all real life. NSC isn't some parallel universe where it doesn't matter if you offend and upset people. It just proves that you're too gutless to do it to someone's face.

The "he can be alright" line is a tired one. Being a **** on here is no more acceptable than in any other situation.

I would have thought it would be at the very least best to have a system where you log in.

Without wishing to be alarmist anybody could have been using the chat room for not what it is intended for.

I love the chat room on match days. It's the next best thing to going to the game, especially for those of us who can't get to many away games.

I've been in the chat room five or six times this season (with the headphones on listening to SCR) and it's a good grin. BUT it only takes one idiot pratting about to ruin the whole experience.

Please, Bozza, make it registration only and under usual NSC user-names. I'd be willing to cough up some money if need be.

Dwayne does seem to love all the attention he gets, and if he doesn't get attention he posts outrageous or vitriolic comments to provoke reaction.

Not responding to his jibes is one response, another is using the ignore button. Maybe then he'd get the message.

It also seems that most of his apologists are people that know him personally. What does that tell people?

I have read this thread with great interest, as Dwayne has insulted me beyond belief.

I always thought Dwayne got too much stick from other posters and stuck up for him - I always thought that he had good comments about the albion when he actually posted about them.

Little did I know he was actually slagging me off to other posters. I read some of the comments he wrote about me which are all untrue and to be honest they made me cry. I know that it is only an internet site but he has really upset me and this site is not a place where people should feel ridiculed.

I have never given him any reason to insult me. I have always been polite and what he said about me was rude, vindictive and totally un-called for.

I still do not know what I have done to Dwayne for him to warrent these insults. In fact, I have been nice to him.

So for all those sticking up for him (and yes, I was the same), please remember that he is likely to turn on you as well.

Dwayne if you are reading this, I hope you realise that your comments have really upset me and you have made me cry. I would be grateful if you could explain your actions to me in the future as I am really confused on why you have done this.

And mods, I think you should re-think his 1 month ban. His attitude in the "live chat" room was unblievable once again. He again insulted me in front of others (only when he thought I couldn't read his comments as I told him I was on ignore) and pretended to be other posters (me, safeway, beeney's glove, etc, etc).

If Dwayne really felt sorry for his actions, he would not have insulted me and others in the chat room. This behaviour is not of a man who is truely sorry. Therefore, I would ask the mods to look into extending his ban on the site until he realises how to behave like a human being.

When he comes back to this site, I for one will post a lot less as I don't see why my enjoyment of the albion should be tainted with insults.

I guess you haven't read some of his comments for a view like that. If you have read what he has said, then you must be the most laid back person I have ever met.

OK, I dont know what was said and Im not that interested but at the end of the day BB doesnt know Dwayne and nothing written here would warrant tears imo unless you knew who was writing the message.

I am not condoning what was written and if it was out of order then fair enough to see him banned but I am just saying that BB shouldnt let it upset her so much. It IS only a chat forum where people call themselves silly names and hide behind anonymity.
