Can Dwayne still read the board?

I hate to keep harping on about the ginger numbwit, but am I right in guessing that he can still read the board, but cannot post?

If so, I would just like to remind him of the dead sister disgrace.

Also, is this just a fixed term ban or is he gone for good?

I would also like to say, that while I have bemoaned the standard of the board on a few occasions lately, yesterday I foind it compelling as people looked to find out what had happened and there was much debate before the grim reality dawned on everyone that he had personally slated a fellow NSCer. Not nice for BB, last thing Bozza needed while he was away and obviously disappointing for Dwayne, but compelling nonetheless.

There are a lot of settings available to configure usergroups.

We could set it so that 'banned' users could not read the board. However, anyone in such a position would need to merely log off and view as a 'guest'.

So - if we wanted to stop such a person from viewing the board completely then we could merely make it so that yo9u have to be logged in (and not banned) to view the board.

But that would stop potential new users from viewing the board. If they have to register to even look - I doubt many people would bother.

Permanent ban? I don't think so - no-one has been banned from NSC before and I don't want to start now. A temporary posting ban would, I hope, be sufficient to make people consider their actions a little bit more carefully.

Cool, I think that he does sometimes post some quite good points, and made me cry with laughter on the Family Fortunes thread, but was going a bit too far when he started getting personal.

i posted a few photos nothing rude or abusive and got banned with no warning.(breaking copyright)
still very upset with the hitler mod treatment because i had been on the bbs for years and have never upset anyone.

while we're playing "remember Dwaynes past actions", one that i remember was when i professed that people who had AIDS/HIV deserved it (or somthing along those lines). And this was about the same time he reckoned he was going to be a teacher...

Also isnt this his second ban form NSC. Has anyone else ever been banned?
