The motivation Guy needs is basically,slim down, start playing well or piss off!If he's not good enough why carry him?

Why do people always think it's as simple as that?

He has a contract - we have to honour it. If someone comes in for him - I'm sure we'd be pleased to see him go. But as soon as they offer him a quarter of his current wage - he will decide to stay where he is. As would most of us, I imagine.

I have not problem with my weight or diet, I will lose more eventually, but I will do it by lifestyle and sustainable diet change, rather than suppliments etc. There is no quick fix IMHO to getting in shape, it is hard work....
