What's to understand? Of course Burgess and is agent is going to take his time listening to all the offers from us, Blackpool, Bristol. What's the incentive for them to sign up for the first club the show interest - his agent is going to be on the phone to every club from the middle of the Championship downwards.

From reading that, I would expect the reason to be waiting to see if Hull sign a striker (fingers crossed they will) or that we are thrashing out a contract. I personally think he would be an excellent signing!
