Not sure playing someone who died 5 years ago is a good idea.

Who remembers Bristows main rival Ted Lowe…
He was called ‘Whispering Ted’ because he had had a dart thrown at his throat in a snooker hall,
I played against Beachy Lazerenko with Whispering Ted watching. Keith Mellor was there too. My old league partner played tournies with Dennis "The Menace" Bishop as well.

We'd probably have about as much chance of winning this ashes series now if we picked Jocky Wilson to lead the bowling attack, Ted Hankey bowling off-spin, and Raymond van Barneveld with Andy Fordham to open the batting.

I don't know, he has been different gravy with the bat at times over the last few years

I remember when we had specialist test wicketkeepers, like Bob 'The Power' Taylor.

Denis the ‘Menace’ ended up in fairgrounds being bashed up by flash young darters.. It wasn’t nice because he’d gorge on candyfloss and greasy doughnuts.
