I wonder what Hughton's reason is. Thinks Norwood and Sidwell are better, discipline for sending off, motivation to play even better as competition is fierce, connected to transfer request / contract offer?

I get Hughton is probably wanting to form a partnership between Sidwell and Norwood but they are too similar!

We need another CM in January IMO, cover for Kayal a box to box midfielder. Two holding midfielders doesn't work it invites too much pressure. And even when they do get it they're spreading to the wings in our own third and the wingers are getting isolated. We need someone in the middle confident on the ball not looking for the pass instantly.
