Nope 1-1. Only ourselves to blame for not winning. Burnley were very poor, we let them get in front, and we couldn't do enough to get the lead. So many chances, but good keeping and poor finishing got in our way.

If all things were equal - and possession stats were king - that’s a fair response.
But against shite like Burnley, when we have all the possession and dont score, they tend to nick one.
Loads of examples of this.
It was Absolutely predictable they’d get one.

You said their goal was coming. It wasn't.

We had 29 shots, 11 on target. They had 6/3.

Go ahead and pretend we were shit if you like. But you'll be wrong.

We battered them in the last 30 mins, but wasn't to be.
Still, I knew we'd score at least one.
Shame we missed a chance to (temporarily) go 5th.

Yes, some chances missed - but still five top quality goal-preventing saves. If he wasn't a top shot-stopper we'd have scored two or three of those, they were on target and fizzing towards the back of the net.

Poor first half - very good second.

Credit to Burnley for a resilient display. Especially their keeper, who won the point for them.

2nd half was an absolute onslaught. Delighted to get the equaliser and on another day we would have had the winner, especially with Mitoma's effort.

Don't think we should feel too downhearted. This is what the Premier League is all about, just look at Man Utd's result today.

We didn't lose, another point on the board, another game unbeaten at home. It's easy to feel disappointed, but it was just one of those days.
