I see in the pre-match brief on the club website that parking is available tomorrow for £11. However you can buy a subsidised season ticket for £270 to include cup matches. Followng the dismal showing at Swindon that means that we would have to play 3 home games in the FA Cup (along with the remaining 22 league games) for it to be subsidised. Someone either cannot do their sums or they are expecting a good FA Cup run this season.

Really not that bad to get out, 5-10 mins queue, straight onto A27, the Lights were fine.
Was easy enough on Tuesday.

It was amazing on Tuesday, took ten mins to get out of car park and was 'ground to front door' in record time. Well worth the extra investment so far

I think your find its £170. They reduced all parking charges this year by a ton. Even less if your a blue badger.
Echoing what people have said it was a doddle on Tuesday. Easy to get into and only waited about 5 minutes to get out at the end. Only downside is thats its a fair walk to the ground, (well further than the University Car parks I think), so it takes a good 10 mintes to get there although it is fairly flat.

Actually I've just checked the e-mail that came today and they do indeed quote the price at £270 for a season parking ticket. However I was only charged £170 so I think thats a mistake.

Its where the old Falmer school used to be just down from the stadium next to railway line and entry is from Scoomland i think and out through the tunnel to the dual carriageway!

Do you have to phone and book to park there beforehand or can you you just turn up there on the day? If there are enough spaces obviously.

Is it definitely 170? I was quoted 270 over the phone.
Also, if you search falmer high school or for the community education centre Brighton on google maps you should get its approximate location, it's where the old school buildings were (are on google maps as its not been updated) that have been knocked down.

I asked the bloke on the gate last week and he said you could pay on the day provided there was still space available. Would be better to phone up and pre book though!

I thought they were going to run a bus for disabled, like the University one, although I never saw it Tuesday. By the way my mistake it is £270. I got confused as I think last year was £360 so they definately reduced the parking charge, just not as much as I said!

Not brilliant to be honest but because of the location I'm not sure what they can do.
My wife struggled with the walk up to the ground - 700 metres is a long way but in clement weather it is just do-able - in rain or snow she would not be able to walk it.
Returning in crowds it was exceedingly difficult as people are obviously in a hurry and she felt she was going to be knocked over at any second.
The practical answers in my own hands are to use a wheelchair which would present a possible problem once we get to the ground as our seats are in ESL plus (a) she is reluctant to use a chair and (b) she doesn't want to sit in a labelled and isolated disabled area.
My other choice if possible would be to park up adjacent to the ground even earlier than we currently plan to arrive and escort my wife to Dick's Bar before returning to the car and parking it at the Bridge. Even if possible (and I don't think she would cope with being in a football bar alone for 20 minutes or so) on reflection, post match would be impossible.
I have spoken to the club and suggested that a golf cart could be utilised. I'm not sure how practical it would be though - there are only a few disabled spaces (one row) so not many people but transporting two at a time in either direction..................? Really not sure.
In short I think I will try to work a switch to Bennetts Field either this season or next as the Bridge probably wont work in our circumstances. Not the club's fault but I think they might have been better to have added extra disabled spaces there and not had any at the Bridge. It would mean they could concentrate support (pick up) services in one accessible place - that is certainly going to be my message to the club who, I should point out, actively canvassed my response and any difficulties experienced so they could consider any changes they need to make.
Meanwhile having had a weather warning from the club for tomorrow my wife won't be attending because she can't manage the walk in wet weather.
EDIT: There is no transport to or from Bridge car park and the club have confirmed there are no plans to arrange any for the limited number of disabled spaces
