It's a friendly so it's difficult to judge whether its a fair or good result, same for the ROI game, and the same for Germany's defeat to the USA last night. I'm never convinced about the conviction players have in these games especially between tournaments and especially at the end of a season. Judge teams on their competitive games.

Brazil were properly going for it, for a friendly it was a big game for them in front of a packed out Maracana. Obviously the same game in the WC Quarters would see us "bravely" going out on penalties after clinging on for 120 mins, I don't deny it.
