Gutsy second half from England, those goals will help confidence. I thought Hart was good, Jagielka, Cole, Carrick, Milner, Rooney, Oxo also solid.

I enjoyed that match. First time since the 0-0 Palace away game. Starting to get my football Mojo back. :)

First half we seemed scared, second half we were far better technically and imposed our game at times, Brazil were sloppy in points 2nd half. A draw in Brazil is a fair and good result.

1st half: I was ready to lose all faith in England having seen an almost identical performance at Wembley
2nd half: That old trust in the national side is growing once more, much better and if we just sort out our passing which was still a bit lax in the second half then we should be okay

fck i thought we where gonna win the world cup for a min...

The Brazilians celebrated their first like they had! Sooooo glad Neymar didn't score after he slagged us of before both games, he and Brazil are massively overrated (and I'm not just saying that because we beat them)

Can't really grumble with a draw in Brazil especially after coming back from the way we did and with such a weakened side.

we didnt beat then haha but i agree neymar is overrated, scored goals in a weak league, but a let down everytime he played in the national team against better opposition, including the olympics...

I meant the match at Wembley, he certainly has talent but also has a lot to learn, for a start his mind games need some work!

I think that result buys England some respect, it was nice to see England going toe to toe with Brazil in that second half.

Deflection or not, that Rooney goal was similar to Mario Balotelli's second in the European Championship semi-final against Germany last summer. It stunned Brazil.

I wonder what Gary Lineker will make of that after last Wednesday. Tosser. I hope Rooney overtakes him as England's record goalscorer very soon.

A draw in Brazil is a fair and good result.

It's a friendly so it's difficult to judge whether its a fair or good result, same for the ROI game, and the same for Germany's defeat to the USA last night. I'm never convinced about the conviction players have in these games especially between tournaments and especially at the end of a season. Judge teams on their competitive games.
