Train is your best option I'd say. It'll be obvious where to go at the station.

I went to Middlesbrough on an A Level Geography field trip once. So I know how to spell it. I think we might have been the only tourists in the whole town
(Some stunning places immediately outside it, of course, but I'm sure even you'd admit the town itself has a charm that perhaps appeals only to locals...)

Edit: for £50k you can have this one (optimistically described as a "townhouse", as opposed to a bog standard Victorian terrace), and it comes with a lovely sauna in the bedroom

Yeah good luck to them. 1 Bedroom shoebox flat just sold down the end of my road for £115,000 what a con, however this is cheap for the Londoners. I can't believe in Peacehaven we have properties now hitting the 500,000 mark.
The property we sold in Luton went for £160,000 the same type of property here would cost you £250,000
