In a pile of football shirts
In goal for Crawley.

A few seasons ago pre-season friendly at the Broadfiled Stadium, the Crawley 'keeper walked towards the Brighton fans (who were chanting at the time) and he winked, lifted his 'keepers shirt to show us he was wearing a Brighton home shirt underneath (2004 shirt I think).

Perth, Western Australia 2007

I was wearing the old (Light Blue Stripes) kit in a bar. Couple of lads walked in in football shirts. 1 was an albion fan the other preston north end if i remember rightly.

small world

2009 we went to watch Perth Glory, there were hundreds of different shirts from all over Eurpoe at the game, as we walked past the Shed End (wearing our Brighton shirts) there was a brief chant of "Seagulls Seagulls" from someone in the crowd as we walked past.

Back in Dec 2002 I was walking down Collins Street in Melbourne, wearing a BHA t-shirt, when a complete stranger told me the result of the away game at Norwich

And we arranged a meet up of BHA fans at the Sydney Test, which made the gossip piece in the Sydney Sun. There might have been pictures in the club programme laster that season

2002 in Lanzarote.

I was standing at the hotel bar waiting to be served, and noticed the bloke next to me had a pair of Albion shorts on.
And to cap it off, the bloke in the shorts was Oh Gary Hart.

Much as I love Gary, I would have thought he would have had more style then to wear his work clothes on holiday !

Someone in Auckland stopped me in the street and said "You go to Brighton games, don't you?" which I found a little disconcerting.
