Agree with the Tarantino films, good thing about them is that they aren't just there for the sake of it, they really fit in with the scenes in which they are played. The best example being in Pulp Fiction when Willis' character pulls up at the lights and Marcellas Wallace is crossng the road and (i think) 'Flowers on the wall' is playing in his car.

Other than that I'd say Dazed and Confused, Swingers and Lost Stock have great soundtracks.
