Yes, they have THE LEEDS UNITED'S Raphinha.
You have to feel a bit sorry for Raphinha. Works his way out of a life of terrible poverty in Brazil thanks to his dazzling football skills and, just like a fairytale, finally gets to sign for the biggest club in the world.

Only to be shunted out to Barcelona a year or so later.

Talk about having your dreams crushed.

Ramsdale being touted again? The same Ramsdale kicked out of Arsenal for being no good with his feet and who struggled under Martin playing with his feet? Great keeper but we are unlikely to change our style to accommodate him.

Surely we won’t be out buying a replacement if Bart does move on this summer (for a very big fee). We have so many goalkeepers, Rushworth and Scherpen would be fighting for the shirt, surely?
I’d be surprised if Rushworth didn’t already have a new club lined up. He’s older than Bart so would have hoped to have had his chance by now.

Where on earth will we find another keeper if he goes?

The ‘Conveyor Belt of Custodians’ will deliver.

Vasilj would be a sensible shout and might fancy being reunited with Fab.
St Pauli did amazingly well defensively this season so he obviously has some ability.

Yeah it's ridiculous. A penalty has about a 77% chance of being a goal. Even if you assume a keeper who isn't so good at pens pushes that to 95% (allowing for misses), a c 0.2 difference in conversion rate only equates to 0.7 goals per season assuming average of 4 pens conceded.

So a good pen keeper would have saved 1. Yeah it's a difference but hardly earth shattering.

Admittedly we conceded the most pens this season so you can double that to 1.5 if you like but it's far from the most critical asset.

No surprise. He's a potential world class 'keeper but apparently he never socialises and keeps to himself. Bart's a loner.
Hey that's just the way that some people are, l'm not exactly an extrovert either. As long as he does the business between the posts, he can shut himself aw y in a darkened room all week if that's what he wants to do.

Except that football isn't only about the league, we'll also want a chance in the cups.

What’s the obsession with saving penalties, through out a PL season across all the clubs & games I wonder how many are saved about 5 or 6?
It was trying to make a broader point (albeit, sarcastically!) in context to suggestions he was worth more than 60m and in fact 80m..... That 60m is a good sum for a keeper who isnt the finished article, and penalties is one such area.

Yes youre right, few are saved in regular season, all the advantage is with the taker, though they are saved on occasion by some keepers, his record in that single facet isnt good and its none saved from pushing high teens in all comps, isnt it? Against Forest I was absolutely convinced he wouldnt save any and Sels would, and so it transpired, and, with a club like Barca in CL, that single facet of a GK's game is one that will probably be tested at some point, and for which, somehow, he'll need to increase his statistical odds without relying on others to miss target. If Bart did hit the median, maybe he would be worth 80m, as he doesnt yet maybe he isnt quite.

Thats not to throw the baby out with the bathwater, He is a fine young GK, great with his feet, solid shot stopper and lots of promise, but 60m is good return imho for someone who isnt yet world class, and 80m+ is a world class GK figure.

dont matter
I’d question how good the GK coaches/Analysts are rather than putting too much blame on the keepers themselves when it comes to saving penalties
