shopkeepers would probably have to pay for cash handling anyway.

personlly i'd just count it up myself.

I only ever change up about 30/40.00 so no i dont mind paying 7%. Would rather pay than stand in a que with people huffing and puffing about me changing it up in the bank, the cashier included.
