On long haul flights, what with the size of planes now like A380, they should have a creche with a soundproof door.
On shorter flights they should all be in the rear seats with seatbelts on and tape over their mouths.

Id prefer it if there was an airline for miserable old ****ers instead so normal people could avoid the coffin dodging moany old *****

There’s always the hold?

Brilliant, put a couple in a 1970’s Concord suggesting how fast planes will be in 2020....
It's mad to thing planes have got slower throughout my lifetime.

Air travel used to be exotic and exciting, and relatively luxurious.

Nowadays it's more like a rush hour trip on the tube.

Parents not making an effort to keep their kids quiet are inconsiderate bellends.

Complainers that moan about kid's noise when the parents are trying everything they can to keep them quiet are inconsiderate bellends.

Spot on.

It’s public transport. If you don’t like other people fly private.

£1400 , wow I’ve paid that for premium VA to NY!! Love Emirates Business product btw, fantastic value including car at each end of flight and decent lounges, downside is they won’t be able to keep prices at this level for much longer.

This thread reminded to prebook my seat in flight with BA to USA - was allocated front row of premium economy - beside the baby shelf so I’ve moved 4 rows back

Would rather it showed the WEIGHT of passengers.

Just been on a flight and there was two absolutely heffers 2 rows behind.

Not only did they overspill onto three seats and the person in the third - they impacted the people in front and behind.

Should be banned or forced to buy at least 2 extra seats.

Presumably said bollard, at least from the way the article describes it, would also prevent people in wheelchairs gaining access - is that legal in Germany?

The bollard is still there, 4 years on, so I guess it’s legal.
