I'm afraid he's a troubled soul. Tanno and Gus say he's quite and withdrawn. Such a shame, he's the best thing I've seen in those stripes. I don't think we'll see him again

Don't get me wrong Vicente is quality and I totally agree that he is proably one of the best players to have worn the stripes.
With this "will he won't he" and "he seems withdrawn" stuff, how will he fit in again with the squad members. It really can't be a good thing for team spirit. While you have to select the best if the best is not available on a regular basis does there come a time when the management team have to say enough is enough and look for a replacement or an alternative.
