No idea how, but my browser has been hijacked by www.searchweb2.com (don't click on it). I have no prior knowledge of this company, I have not knowlingly allowed it to be installed. It adds to my favourites and admits in it's small print that it monitors my internet usage.
It refuses to be deleted, and resets as my home page every time I change it to something else. Ad-Aware can't get rid of it and Norton Anti Virus sweep brings up nothing.
How the hell do these things work? What right have they got to do this? How do I get rid?
Any advice (sensible!) would be great as this is seriously pissing me off. I have just fired off a sh*tty email to them telling them I shall report them to my ISP and I will also report them to the Data Protection people.
Glad I don't have kids etc, as yesterday it decided to inflict a tool bar including 'Girl's 1st cock'! (Would be quite amusing if I wasn't so angry)
