Mandatory minutes on the sidelines for the concussion check, no sub. Simple.

I like that idea.
Min 3 mins from refs restart whistle to do a check and be let back on.

Yes to the first part, but allow sub, in case it's genuine - manager's choice.

I don’t like that, as it defeats the intention of stamping out diving and time wasting.

Contact sport, injuries happen, play on til recovered or subbed.

Nope, it allows for genuine injury and uses up a sub for a player that the manager won't really want to substitute....or take a chance and play on with 10 men, for a minimum 5 mins.
