In a pile of football shirts
where`s your legend keeper then ?

Easy, Nicky Rust.

I look to those players that played in the days of B****** A***** and S****** as legends. They actually played for us at a time that most players thought bollocks to it. Without them, the club would have curled up, got relegated and died a long time ago. They might not have been the best players ever, but Smudge, Mundee, McGarrigle, Chapman, Rust, Omerod, Munday, Storer, Reinault etc, they're legends to me.

If we're talking keepers, I'd have to say Keeley, because he pulled off the most astonishing save I've ever witnessed at a football ground.

roberts away at bradford takes that accolade for me - not sure he can qualify as a legend though due to his spell here being blighted by injury

I just picked 10, did not mean it as a team as such.

My fav keeper was peter Grummit but he didn't really have long enough with us to be a 'legend'.

Michel is up there as one of my fav keepers. you only have to see him after a game or hear him talk to realise that he loves this club enough to be considered a legend.
