Voted two points dropped, but that’s not a complaining two points dropped.

Every point is a point gained, yes on balance should have won it, but their keeper made a couple of great saves, so **** it.

And our keeper could've been given the night off, Sanchez didn't have one save to make.

We're in. Good place after the last 6 games, but we still need a striker. Maupay is not the man.

I do wonder how he played, and how he was played/managed @ Brentford.

In Maupays defence we do still try to walk it in and he often gets the ball to feet with his back to goal, nowhere to go and three defenders on his back.

His decision making is not all that great.

Ive said it before and will say it again. Poor Potter is ****ing with a limp dick. Give the man the tools and we would be top 8 possibly top 6 this season.

Not going to vote on this as I don't think either are applicable, but the fact that lot are contenders for Europe shows how fine the margins really are. We are a lot better than them. If we sign the elusive striker in the summer, we could easily be challenging for top 10 or better next season.

It’s 2 points dropped given how we dominated the game. But I’m happy and content with a point because of the clean sheet and performance against a good team.

Why does it matter? Why do you care? Why are you so insistent on this topic. There are plenty of other aspects of the game to analyse and discuss rather than wheeling out this tired, old, irrelevant question after every match.

You can see the title, so ignore the thread.
It’s Bozza’s board, so he can post what he wants.

Dominated possession and chances throughout.

26 shots v 4 against. 9 shots on target v 1.

We'll play much worse than that and win.

2 points dropped all day long.

Martinez post match:

"We were not in the game since the first minute and Brighton deserved to win."

This.
We did a job on Villa, nullifying Grealish & co, but Martinez had a superb game keeping everything out.

Another point, and six games unbeaten.

These stats are unreal really. Villa are above Liverpool if they win their games in hand. 4 points off them is a good return!

would have been 7 or 8 had they had Alisson in goal. But not just good goalkeeping; once again some poor choices in oppos penalty area; shooting when clearly there is no way through, yet also delaying and getting stuck in traffic instead of shooting early. The quality of finishing is mediocre; the decision-making is often poor.
