and another one , north bank at highbury one year 4 of us went in early to have a look around, went down the front and all of a sudden 5 lads came up to us and started whistling GOSBS, we thought we had been sussed out ! turns out they were BHA anyway we all decided it wasn't the place to be so we got a pass to get down to the clock end from a copper
well to say it was even moodier down there was an understatement , went for a piss at half time and got the old push in the back whilst having a piss , nice walk back H@I tube afterwards

remember leaving east stand and bumping into a handfull of saints in goldstone lane even numbers and it went , remember a saints fan losing his shoe as he took a wild swing at someone and it went flying into someones garden
oh yes ,hove park ,newtown road fairly good scuffle remember seeing argus photographers camera somewhat dismantled in the road

am sure Southampton had the whole of the east stand that day? After the game outside in the flats by the corner of give park, am sure there was a stabbing. Newton road was basically sealed off either end with old bill with scuffle kicking off with all who were between. Took my first punch at the football that day and also landed s few too!

i remember being bloody scared that day by the flats. Bricks and bottles started coming through the air, fisticuffs all over the place and i got belted by a copper on a horse with a baton while trying to go the other way as fast as i bloody could.
