hey I would like to come and play too. I might be able to get there this Sunday by 6 but I might turn up a little bit late, hopefully I will be able to come and play most Sundays

Just asked to join the group, Picked up a ball and some Astro's from town today.
we have a team that used to play in the league and have been running over 20 years, however we are all getting the wrong side of 30, 40 and even have a 50 year old and some players have dropped away. We still play at Portslade Sports Centre, Astro Turf on Wednesday @ 6:30PM and are open to new recruits to keep the numbers going, very relaxed and easy going, drinks in bar afterwards with first half of the wednesday game and a quarterly curry night, £3 per player, if anyone is interested please send me a PM

I'm very interested, been training with a team on Monday evenings, but the saturday league season has finished, so training is not on for a while. So I'd like a kick about with some others.

Probably not, since I did my knee in a few years ago, bmx'd on that and since then its been mush. But this will be a laugh, where abouts on hove lawns?

Took off my lower right leg, Been reattached and I can walk but it's never really been the same since gets abit tight this will be my first kick about since it happened 5 years ago.

Oh shit, that's brutal! I'm sure you already know, but be bloody careful. If anything does happen, luckily I wish to be a specialist in orthopaedics and trauma when I begin medicine. So I have a faint idea of what to do.

Been told a million times, Doesn't help that my mum is the sister of the fracture clinic at the RSCH. I'm also a few months from being a RN which with abit of luck will end in me working on the Orthapedic Trauma wards

Ah, good luck with that! I'm studying Adult Nursing in London from September, then coming back done for post-grad medicine. Don't suppose you could convince her to get me some work experience
Anyway, is there an astro on the hove lawns, or is grass?
