Didn't Palace realise signing Lee for £650k and paying by instalments meant that when they sold him a year later for £300k they would have to settle up in full ? Ipswich are now owed £400k on the deal. I see they have put Matt Lawrence on the transfer list today , who at 34 probably wont go for a fee but will get him off the wages bill. Danny Butterfield (Crap Town reject

Having read the thread right through i've now decided to add my tuppence worth,
