Because too many people make a lot of money out of war. War is a financial arrangement and none of it is an accident. Anyone wanting to join the army and get caught up in that bullshit is mad.

When did I say that I wouldn't defend my family? If you are equating defending your family to defending your homeland or your freedom then it should be pointed out that our homeland is not under attack, it is not under threat and the only threat to your freedoms are coming from our own government.

And by the way this defence force that is trained and ready to defend us is over in the Middle East, enforcing a police state and making sure that the Bush Family is making enough money out of peoples' misery and making sure oil money is safe while it tells everyone in the Western World that the threat comes from the Middle East and that britain is under threat.

You may be interested to know that out of the 160 or so applicants to join the SAS this year NOT ONE matched the standard. For the first year ever all applicants were rejected.
