Are we still having this argument? I've never gone to an away ground to support the home club so what is the issue?

Don't agree with what they did to Wimbledon, but me not going to support my team is not going to change that.

That's not true, didn't someone **** up and not put that in which lead to Jake Robinson playing for Torquay against his parent club, might have been Shrewsbury in a play off game

That might have been the case, but the rule has changed now. You can not play against your parent club anymore.

How times have changed, a few years most wouldn't have pissed on Winkleman if he was on fire, now it seems plenty are happy to line his pockets.

The difference here, for this particular fixture, is that I can buy one adult and 2 U-18s for a total of £14, and support the Albion safe in the knowledge, that after operating / stewarding costs, the child catcher will make NOTHING out of my visit.

Where is everyone drinking for this one? Its such a ball ache getting from the station to the stadium that in the past I've just got a taxi straight there, but if anyone knows a decent boozer en route?

Oh piss off would you.

I guess only MKDons fans come onto an opposition internet board and brag about the money they're getting from away fans (£12 a ticket) for populating most of their stadium.

Got to cheer about something I guess.

Haha. When you put it like that, it really IS spectacularly embarrassing, isn't it. What an absolutely bell-end.

Its only stadiums like yours that have enough room to get 5000+ away fans in, hence the anticipation of a great following and away atmosphere for the team. If you tin pot johnny come latelys actually populated your ground properly, like normal clubs, then there wouldnt be that many tickets available for us.

And your lecturing us about 'big clubs'. That phrase is nonsense anyway, but let's look at the evidence:

24 Rotherham 9,741 8,839 11,658 155,860 12,021 81.0%

I note:
BHA 2nd in the League in attendances, outperforming their League position (4th)
MK 21st in attendances, matching their pitiful League position
MK have the lowest %age of capacity filled (42%), despite offering swathes of cheap tickets to away fans.

Tinpot is too good for you lot. See you in a fortnight.

Bought 3 I also picked them off the screen as want to get near the front as I have my kids with me. The block I am in is directly behind the goal. Its very busy - going to be fun!

Whilst it will be full it will also be disjointed with upper tier v lower tier. Just like the Amex then.

Is now a bad time to mention there will be no beer sales on the concourse as due to a planning error the concourses are in full view of the pitch which is a no no for drinky poos.

I realised it was a shithole but this is just unacceptable.

I'm sure they had a screened-off area before where I had a shant.
EDIT: I think it was more of a "bar" area.

According to footballgroundsguide Carlsberg is available at £3.40 a bottle, which I guess amounts to there being no alcohol on sale anyway.
