Right, I don't often bet but recently downloaded the Iphone William Hill app and loaded £10 on.
I've been putting £2.50 or £5 here or there and done fairly nicely have currently £41.50. Well that was until I placed this bet. To win in bold.
Reading v Blackpool - 8/11
Burnley v West Ham - 5/4
Middlesbrough v Bristol City - 4/7
Southampton v Doncaster - 1/3
Forest v Brighton - 23/10
Now the last accumulator I won but only playing £1 it wasn't millions.
This time I did a £5 bet, But I clicked on the 5x accumulator not really knowing what it means and bet. Turns out I've bet £25 which was a shock (As I said I'm not a betting man) I'm not to fussed as it was from my winnings anyway but given I don't even know what 4/7 means what are my odds? My football knowledge says it looks like I've a chance but then look at last Tuesday night! If I win however I will win £364.48 which will be nice.
Has anyone ever made this mistake?
And does 5x acumulator just mean it multiplies your bet by 5? Why not just do that yourself in the normal one?
