Bet365 isn't settling my perms, so I've done it instead. I ended up laying out £18 (large for me) and I will get £39.08 pumped into the account when they get around to settling it. I'll be honest, I was lazy this week and just used the games in the fools panel. I had home win and draw in the first 4 games (leaving out the Birmingham and Brighton games). Happily, none of those 4 games had an away win, so I get my 4 fold plus my trebles and doubles. Not exactly a big win, but I'll take that.

Most I have ever had was a 7 fold, the odds were very similar to yours. Very difficult to get them come in.
