The seaside.
If Charlton have circumvented the rules in order to meet it that gives hope to nearly every other club. Even Forest could meet it.

Charlton were one of the six clubs that voted against increasing the FFP limit, and have been very critical of the increase (see link), so we were never going to fail it. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/30087606

Surprised that we came more than 5m under it though it.

Can't help feeling that I shall be underwelmed by the 'good news'. Which is a sad situation. Have gone for Stevens back in training (good news!) but can't help thinking it will be more likely be about xmas jumpers :-(

It surely can't about FFP as that is already covered on the website? Going for Greer's contract extension.

Its NAYLOR rather than the club, that has promised news at 4pm. Naylor has already run the story about Greer's contract extension, ergo its NOT (only) that. It will be about another contract extension.

Yup, quite clearly a contract extension. Can't be another loan signing (we don't have the space), too early for any talk of anyone making a loan permanent (or extending Bent's loan) and while Naylor is close to the club he's not close enough to parrot anything about club commercial stuff. He also wouldn't call Sami leaving good news, so that only really leaves contract extension.
