I'm looking at the fixtures, my opinion of a Cat A's seem like they are few and far between.

Millwall - 'local' team and police issues.
Bolton -
Wed - Tuesday night C
Forest - A, esp if they keep going.
Watford - Friday night ?
B/Burn - C
Barnsley- C
Leics -
H/Field - C.

My season ticket in the North is £37.91 a month by DD I think.

I literally could not afford to do it any other way.

Exactly the same especially when taking 2 boys as well

Bolton, Wednesday, Forest, Watford and Blackburn have all been confirmed as category B matches - So £31 absolute minimum ticket price for those.

Barnsley may be a category C , fingers crossed, but Huddersfield and Leicester certainly won't
I'm surprised by all 3 of Bolton, B/Burn and mid week Wednesday, not being C's.
I'd have thought 1 or maybe 2 would squeeze in.

H/Field close to Christmas certainly won't be an A.

When will moaners take into account the free travel that no other club offers!

Eh? no "free" travel at this club...think you're forgetting the £20 surcharge now added to the £30 already being charged last season for travel = erm, I think that makes £50 paid for travel? and they have the cheek to cancel some of the services and charge a further fee match by match. Shameful.

It seems like the more actual facts that emerge about ticket prices, the harder it is to moan about them.

On the other hand we have January:-

Bournemouth - A poss B
FA Cup - Poss A+
Birmingham - A
Leeds - A
Possible FA Cup 4 - Poss A+

Clearly I'm making A+ up, but for say Utd at home the club will want to find a way to make extra money.

I would say Sheffield Utd would be a C match
I was thinking of worst case scenario for those that only go to cat C matches.

If fans want the club to be competitive at this level, someone has to pay the price. As I understand it the FFP rules don't allow Chairmen to subsidise the club to the degree some have in the past, and as a business why should they have too? Everyone seems to accept that players are overpriced and overpaid but until that changes, any club that wants to compete has to pay the price, at fans expense. How many would be happy with the club reducing the wagebill by playing a team of cloggers? Sadly these days it's too expensive for me to go very often but all the time people do pay high prices for football, clubs will happily take your money. I'd go a lot more if it was £20 a game, but it isn't so I don't!!

Try and find someone to share a ticket that's a way of reducing your costs. I bet we have a lot of fans doing this. I can't make all games so I always make sure someone uses it .it sometimes leads to somone become a full time season ticket holder.
We need to find a ways of not pricing our fans out of watching football.:albion2:

I would say Sheffield Utd would be a C match

I would say that they have no category at all since they're in a different division to us.
