When comparing first half and second half of the season, what year did they bring in the transfer window restrictions?
I'd suggest the barometer of second half performance is also closely linked to £££ availability in Jan along with suitable player availability too buy / loan.

History would indicate promotion to the PL [Promised Land] is now ours to throw away ....
