Both Alzate and Sanders looked far from being out of place. Maybe not first choices, but would be perfectly at ease having them as back up. Sanders at RB, where he's never plated before, did well; Alzate looked both competent and confidant.

Agreed. Alzate looked the best player on the pitch 1st half IMHO. We need a RB tho, despite Sanders doing well.

If we used the RB money to put towards the beast of a game controlling, rampaging, box-to-box, superb passing, ace tackling, late-arriving-in-the-box goal-scoring midfielder that would really make a difference, I'd gladly accept Sanders as a back up RB.

For me, RB is the key gap, then striker, then ACM. ACM may just be Alzate, who knows? Not really convinced by any of our strikers except the ageing and brilliant Muzza, but one of the youngsters may come through? Or even Andone or Big Jurg, but I doubt it...

He does look very impressive in that video. Looks exactly like a 'Potterball' player.

It’s the way he recieves the ball in tight areas and manages to turn and find space instantly that stands out. Potentially very exciting.

As i've said before, having seen him play for Swindon, and having a couple of mates who are season ticket holders there (and both can spot a player), I have no doubt this guy could be sensational for us. Might be a little early this season, but if he's got it in his head too let's get him involved.
