That game was televised, just not in England. It was televised abroad and if this game was televised abroad we'd know about it already from the schedules. Just don't get your hopes up is all I'm saying.

Oh i'm not bud! It's just not unusual for someone like Al Jazeera to pick up games at the last minute. Like i said, i have Player at the ready too, which will be my main point of call, so i won't be crying in my white whiskey when the time comes

Starting a revolution from my bed
Started to get a lot more nervous.

Although I did dream we won 5-0 last night. But then again I came on as a sub for us; I set-up the fifth, didn't score (who doesn't score in their own fantasy dream?!), jumped into the half-empty away end after the goal to goad the Palace fans, whilst Hammond and Upson both scored 25 yard screamers.

Gabrielle said dreams can come true, didn't she?

They won their last away game at Derby, who had previously only been beaten twice at home
That was a very lucky win and really just another away game in which Palace were outplayed. Derby had 12 shots on target (including a penalty) to Palace's 4.

Don't get me wrong. I am prepared for the worst, and really struggle to visualise a glorious victory, but the fact is we ARE more likely to win than they are.

It's a Derby game so any kind of form goes out the window, so it's a tough one to call. Last season their away form before they came to us was awful, and we hadn't been beaten at home in the league..we know what happened next! Also am I right in thinking that they have NEVER beaten us home and away in the same season ??? Getting more depressed by the minute!

Can't wait for Sunday. There is nothing like a derby game where form goes out the window and anything can happen.

Bring on Sunday, bring on Palace and bring on the 3 points.

Haha I'd absolutely LOVE that. Robs Murray, SURGES out of defence with the ball as the palace defence back off, expecting a pass, then UNLEASHES an EXOCET that speroni can only ADMIRE as it BORES into the STANCHION. Bedlam ensues.

In the immortal words of Luke Skywalker, 'I have a very bad feeling about this.'

Just feel such a lack of confidence as our recent track record is so bad against them. Took my lads to a hairdresser in Seaside Eastbourne and he noticed my Albion coat and was quick to proclaim his allegiance to palace. He was full of confidence and sure palace would win. He said all the customers he'd seen who were Brighton had been very negative about our chances.

I just don't want to suffer like I did last year. I couldn't even sleep properly for a few nights after that drubbing. Ridiculous I know, it's only a game.

Certain managers seem to have gus' number. Freedman, malky and holloway are 3 he's never beaten... Lee Clarke is another hope that changes Sunday

I genuinely believe a Palace victory is very much the most likely outcome, no more than that.

That doesn't mean I've totally given up, by the way.

I'm on at 15-8 as I don't think this team has the mental strength to win a derby (I've also had a few quid on 3-1 at 22-1). I very much hope I am wrong.

If we win I will leave the ground a happy man. If we draw I leave the ground a relieved man. If we lose I leave the ground a richer man.

I'm due to be going to a some birthday drinks after the game. I will not be going if we lose. Losing to Palace is like a kick in the balls.

Its All Too Beautiful
To be honest it could make or break our season. Win and we are really in with a shout of the playoffs lose and it's gonna be a massive confidence drain on players and fans alike. We need 3 points

This is synchronistic having the Palace match at this time. Remembering the statement Gus made about why the fans feel we have to win the Palace match so much and why it has the same importance to him as Birmingham (which we didn't win either). This match is not only pivotal for the fans but for Gus, I am having deja vu again as we have appeared to have faded of late, like last season and remembering that our chairman is a local lad himself. Gus needs a win and we need to stay in touch with the playoffs, Gus doesn't want to be the nearly man.

In my dream I was a centre back! Everyone else went up for a corner (apart from Kuszczak) and I was on the halfway line. Palace countered with Zaha and Bolasie, I made a perfectly timed challenge on Zaha with whom I didn't even make contact, but I got sent off by Pawson for taking down the last man. There was then a pitch invasion in protest and the game was abandoned.
